Made with Shinsenbon, a specialty rice variety of Hiroshima, this unfiltered nama-zake measures in with a Sake Meter Value of +8, the cleanest and lightest type in our brewery. With clarity and outstanding crispness, this sake goes well with a wide variety of foods.
Shinsenbon is a famous Hiroshima rice variety with high viscosity, so it is not susceptible to cracking even with a high polishing ratio, enabling brewers to polish away most of the proteins that result in unwanted flavors.
