We have brewed this rich, full-bodied dry sake with just rice and water.
To make dry sake, the rice must be fermented until there is barely a trace of rice sugars left. This sake demands honest, straightforward brewing because when there is virtually no sweetness to mask unrefined flavors, the true sake character is revealed.

A bone dry sake that accentuates the umami of rice koji.
