Made with Shinsenbon, a specialty Hiroshima rice variety, this is our brewery’s cleanest and lightest dry sake with a Sake Meter Value of +8. Served chilled it has a clean finish; when warmed it has a soft fullness that masks the dryness. It is outstanding with all kinds of foods.
Shinsenbon is a famous Hiroshima rice variety with high viscosity, so it is not susceptible to cracking even with a high polishing ratio, enabling brewers to polish away most of the proteins that result in unwanted flavors.
