We are delighted to announce that our Seiko Daiginjo received the Gold Prize at the Annual Japan Sake Award 2022.  Its genshu (undiluted sake) has been bottled as “Seikyo Daiginjo Genshu Shuppinshu Tobin pressing 720 ml” and is now available for sale for a limited time.

After being aged for about a year at 1 degree Celsius (pressed on February 19, 2022), now is the perfect timing to enjoy it.  Or you can enjoy the changes that comes from further aging by keeping it in a cool, dark place for another three years or even longer.
